Built in 1999 in the Tuscan style, the villa lies at the north-west of the island of Praslin alongside one of Seychelles’ most beautiful beaches, Anse Kerlan. The 450 square metres villa contains a living room with dining area, music and TV lounge, kitchen, 2 guest toilets, 4 double bedrooms (3 x double, 1 x twin), 3 bathrooms and a laundry. All bedrooms have fans and 3 of them possess additional air-conditioning. The villa also features 2 terraces, a large swimming pool, a covered pool bar/grill, boathouse, garage and beach pavilion.
